_Who are we?_

DME Systems a is bespoke equipment and design consultancy specialising in marine and subsea equipment. We support our clients who are in-field operating vessels and equipment - they are doing amazing things in challenging conditions; we support them and their operation teams utilising our technical skill set.
- What is the job role?_

As a small company the role is by nature multi-purpose; you will be an integral part of our production team helping ensure equipment gets assembled within our workshop alongside associated duties such as deliveries, shipments and general workshop administration.

People with ongoing experience as **electrical or mechanical apprentices / fitters **looking to progress would be a natural fit for this role. Over time we’d like you to grow and promote you within the business in the areas where you show natural aptitude.
- Goods in / out. Shipments.
- Manufacture and assembly support.
- Workshop administration.
- Supporting equipment assemblies.
- This is a wide ranging role; other duties as required to support the business.
- Experience level: Apprentice Level or equivalent.

- DME Headquarters are based in Jarrow - 5 minutes from Tyne Tunnel; parking on site and close to public transport (metro and buses).

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
