Job Summary:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator/Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a temporary opportunity that could potentially lead to a permanent position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry software is an asset.
