Position: Technical Support Specialist

We are collaborating with a prominent provider of cutting-edge IT services, dedicated to assisting organizations with their technological needs.

Their team is enthusiastic about technology and is focused on delivering outstanding client support.


Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to become part of a vibrant team and continue offering exceptional IT assistance to their expanding clientele.
Key Duties:
  • Deliver first-level technical assistance to customers through various channels.
  • Identify and rectify hardware, software, and network complications promptly.
  • Set up, configure, and sustain computer systems and networks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on client systems.
  • Support the installation and deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
  • Oversee and uphold network security, ensuring all systems are current and protected.
  • Record issues and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to enhance processes and adopt new technologies.
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Support Specialist or in a comparable position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Understanding of network troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license is preferred.
