Job Summary

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Projects Department. As a key member of our team, you will assist our Project Managers in the management of major projects and oversee smaller, lower-risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various departments to investigate and resolve project-related issues.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
  • Manage low-value, low-risk projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Investigate cost anomalies and resolve schedule conflicts.
  • Maintain project schedules within our company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Attend internal and customer project reviews, preparing meeting minutes and action items.
  • Collate and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare contract review data on a monthly basis, providing insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build sustainable relationships across the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
