Job Summary:

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and project metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the defense industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project
  • Ability to travel as needed
