Job Summary
MacTaggart Scott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Projects Department. As a key member of our team, you will assist our Project Managers in the management of major projects and oversee smaller, lower-risk initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with various departments to investigate and resolve project-related issues.
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
- Manage low-value, low-risk projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Investigate cost anomalies and resolve schedule conflicts.
- Maintain project schedules within our company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Attend internal and customer project reviews, preparing meeting minutes and action items.
- Collate and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare contract review data on a monthly basis, providing insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build sustainable relationships across the organization.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Excel.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
