Support Worker

United Response is a registered charity that provides support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental or physical support needs. We are seeking a Support Worker to provide high-quality support that enables individuals to live their lives to the full.

About the Role
  • Work with individuals with learning disabilities, mental or physical support needs in a range of activities, promoting social interaction and personal growth.
  • Assist with the daily running of a working farm, including animal care and maintenance, to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Encourage individuals to develop their skills and interests, and track outcomes to ensure that individuals make progress and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to creating a fun and lively environment that promotes social interaction and personal growth, and supports individuals in achieving their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide person-centred care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual.
