About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support the child in their family home in the evening, providing personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the child, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
Requirements
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience working with children (desirable).
