Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support the child in their family home in the evening, providing personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the child, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working with children, although not essential, is desirable.
- A competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience.
- A flexible zero-hours contract, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
