We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide practical information and advice on various aspects of life, including budgeting, employment, and health issues.
- Collaborate with individuals to complete Safety Management Plans, ensuring a positive and collaborative risk management approach.
- Refer individuals to other organizations as needed, and facilitate appointments with relevant professionals.
- Empower individuals to make informed decisions about their support, working collaboratively with a range of professionals, including social workers and landlords.
- Enhanced DBS (adults and children)
- Driving license
- Knowledge of mental health and risk management
