About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Support Specialist to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Property Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our property team in Truro, providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare and send marketing materials to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Enquiry Management: Manage client enquiries and schedules efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Property Viewings: Coordinate property viewings and conduct them, providing a positive experience for clients and agents.
  • Offer Handling: Support agents in handling offers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data, collaborating with agents to inform business decisions.
  • Price Adjustments: Adjust prices across various marketing platforms as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property team, undertaking tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Office 365 for formatting documents.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with the property team.
  • Previous Experience: Previous property experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Essential Skills: Possess essential background in administration, including a driving license and vehicle for viewings (driving mileage paid).
