Job Summary:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team as a Commercial Property Specialist. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial property matters, including property development, acquisition, and disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on commercial property matters, including property development, acquisition, and disposal.
  • Lead and manage a team of building surveyors to deliver high-quality property services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, investors, and occupiers.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property condition and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in a commercial property environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of building surveyors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
