Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team in Truro, working on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, defects, and adaptations.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports on defects and solutions.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients on home improvement works and adaptations.
- Liaise with contractors and assist with disputes between clients and contractors.
- Identify hazards in homes and provide hazard awareness advice.
- 2+ years of surveying experience.
- Detailed knowledge of building construction, defects, and remedies.
- Practical experience with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and disabled facilities grants.
