Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Travel to sites to visit clients and tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Work closely with clients, such as Sainsbury's, National Trust, and Co-Op, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and development, driving business success.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a related field, with a strong background in commercial property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Chartered status with RICS or equivalent, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
