We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Travel to sites to visit clients and tenants, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager, with a strong background in property management and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Chartered status with a relevant professional body, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
