About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Travel to sites to visit clients and tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients. You will have a strong background in commercial property management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Commercial property management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of commercial property management principles and practices.
