About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team as a Commercial Property Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for surveying commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveying commercial properties to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Travelling to sites across Cornwall and surrounding areas to conduct surveys
  • Leading a team of surveyors to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve surveying processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • RICS qualification or Chartered status
