Finance Team Secretary. Trident is a prominent and well-established organization specializing in real estate investment and development. The company is engaged in various active commercial joint venture projects and holds a leading position in the property market. They are currently seeking a Team Administrator to provide essential support to the finance department in an office-based capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for the Finance Team Secretary include:

  • Assisting the Finance Director and the finance team in maintaining an updated list of accounts and audits, facilitating the rolling forward of accounts, making necessary cosmetic adjustments, and coordinating the signing of accounts by directors.
  • Filing accounts with the relevant authorities.
  • Ensuring that all PSC (confirmation statements) returns for all entities are approved and submitted on a monthly basis.
  • Setting up daily faster payments and ensuring timely approval and release.
  • Completing application forms for establishing bank accounts for new entities.
  • Managing KYC requests from banks and external advisors.
  • Sorting through daily correspondence and distributing it to appropriate internal and external parties.
  • Providing administrative support to JV team members, including tasks such as DocuSign management, archiving files, drafting documents, scanning, printing, and sending communications.
  • Managing the Finance Director's calendar and organizing meeting spaces.
  • Assisting in the organization of team events and activities.
