Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Finance and Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role requires attendance in the office at least two days a week.

This position is crucial in providing support to both our Finance and Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance and Administrative Coordinator, you will:
  • Assist the finance department with credit control.
  • Ensure accurate collection and filing of receipts for transactions.
  • Handle banking tasks, including cheque deposits.
  • Process journal entries and reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts.
  • Perform data entry and regularly update accounting schedules.
  • Support various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Document Management:
Maintain control over various documentation processes.

Qualifications:
AAT Level 4 Diploma or Degree is advantageous but not mandatory. A minimum of six months of experience in a finance department is essential.

Skills Required:
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing financial data and transactions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions for financial and administrative challenges.
