We are excited to present an opportunity with a distinguished client in the FMCG/media sector, specializing in the Audio Visual industry. They are seeking a proficient Finance and Office Coordinator to support the Financial Controller and Head of Operations in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in office and finance administration, demonstrating versatility and a proactive approach to various tasks within the office. A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative team is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to deliver administrative support
  • Oversee inventory management tasks and become a key user of the inventory management system
  • Maintain the inventory management system, including tracking inventory movements
  • Process shipping requests and manage incoming product deliveries
  • Generate purchase orders as required
  • Manage CRM product listings, including updates and removals
  • Coordinate parcel deliveries and accept incoming shipments
  • Update project information within the inventory management system
  • Handle stock transfers for returned items and manage project allocations
  • Facilitate repairs and product returns for projects and services
  • Assist with stocktaking activities as needed
  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and prepared for client tours
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings
  • Manage necessary maintenance tasks for office facilities
  • Assist with HR documentation and processes
