Finance and Office Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Lsdmlondon as a Finance and Office Coordinator. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Academic Director and other team members.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Process and manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payment plans.
- Coordinate and communicate with students, staff, and external partners.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
