Position: HR Administrative Support Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: Competitive

Pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexible working options

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an HR Administrative Support Specialist to enhance the HR operations of a reputable organization. This role is integral to fostering a supportive environment for employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Document meeting minutes and provide foundational employee relations guidance
  • Assist in conducting investigations
  • Support management in the absence of the HR Advisor

Administrative Duties:

  • Facilitate daily HR administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing contracts and offer letters
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Track employee sickness and absence
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Analyze HR procedures for efficiency
  • Support internal audit processes
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR with a solid understanding of employment laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT applications (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.) and familiar with HR systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to quality with a focus on commercial and customer awareness
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • HR qualification is a plus but not mandatory
