Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ward Clerk to join our multidisciplinary team in Ward 7 & 9. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and clinical support to our Senior Charge Nurses and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Charge Nurses, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Assist with clinical tasks, such as preparing patient charts and coordinating care plans.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of care and compassion.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical and administrative skills.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload.
• Knowledge of current NHS Scotland HR paperwork and policies.
