HR Assistant based within the scenic Scottish Borders.  My client is a well-established organisation with a dedicated HR team.  An HR Team that supports the growth and development of its employees.
As an HR Assistant you will provide a variety to HR Tasks including:-
Employee Relations:-
  • Take minutes and give basic ER advice
  • Assist with investigations
  • Support Managers in the absence of the HR Advisor
Administration Support:-
  • Assist with day-today HR administration
  • Assist with contracts and offer letters
  • Maintain HR Records and database
