Location: Remote/Hybrid
Salary: £26,000-£30,000

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an HR Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our client's HR department, which is committed to fostering employee growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Document meeting minutes and provide fundamental employee relations guidance
- Assist in conducting investigations
- Support management in the absence of the HR Advisor
Administrative Duties:
- Facilitate daily HR administrative tasks
- Help prepare contracts and offer letters
- Maintain HR records and databases
Additional Responsibilities:
- Track employee sickness and absence
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Analyze HR workflows
- Support internal audit processes
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated HR experience with a solid understanding of employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in IT applications (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.) and familiar with HR systems
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to quality with a focus on commercial and customer awareness
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- HR qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
