An exciting opportunity has emerged within the IT Services - Desktop Support Team.
In this dynamic position, you will deliver expert assistance and guidance to IT users within NHS Borders. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop and endpoint hardware, operating systems, and application software, as well as contributing to the enhancement of Digital Support Services.
The successful candidate will possess a clear vision of how Digital Support Services can enhance and transform healthcare services.
Applicants should have extensive expertise in Desktop Support, a strong foundation in Infrastructure, and exemplary customer service skills. Candidates must demonstrate experience in a technical support capacity and have actively participated in frontline support roles. A degree or equivalent professional qualifications and/or experience is required.
