Job Overview

Position: HR Administrative Coordinator

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: £26,000-£30,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with one day of remote work

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator to support a well-regarded organization in the Scottish Borders. This role is integral to a dedicated HR team that fosters employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Document meeting minutes and provide basic employee relations guidance
  • Assist in conducting investigations
  • Support management in the absence of the HR Advisor

Administrative Support:

  • Facilitate daily HR administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing contracts and offer letters
  • Maintain HR records and databases

Additional Duties:

  • Track employee sickness and absence
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Analyze HR procedures
  • Assist with internal audits
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in HR is essential, with a solid understanding of employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT applications (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.) and familiar with HR systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to quality with a focus on customer awareness
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • HR qualification is preferred but not mandatory
