Salary Range: £26,000-£30,000

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an HR Support Specialist to enhance the HR function within a reputable organization. This role is integral to fostering employee development and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Document meeting minutes and provide foundational employee relations guidance
  • Assist in conducting investigations
  • Support management in the absence of the HR Advisor

Administrative Duties:

  • Facilitate daily HR administrative tasks
  • Help prepare employment contracts and offer letters
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Track employee sickness and absence
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Analyze HR workflows and processes
  • Support internal audit activities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in HR with a solid understanding of employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT applications (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office) and familiar with HR systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to quality with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • HR qualification is preferred but not mandatory
