An outstanding opportunity exists within the IT Department – Infrastructure Support Team.
In this dynamic position, you will deliver expert assistance and support to IT users within NHS Borders. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop and endpoint hardware, operating systems, and application software, while also playing a key role in the evolution of Digital Support Services.
The successful candidate will possess a clear vision of how Digital Support Services can enhance and transform healthcare delivery.
Applicants should be highly proficient in Desktop Support with substantial Infrastructure expertise and possess exceptional customer service abilities. Demonstrable experience in a technical support capacity and direct involvement in frontline support is essential. Candidates should hold a degree or possess equivalent professional qualifications and/or experience.
