Job Overview

Recruit Central Limited is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join our Product Support team. This role is essential in delivering critical insights regarding customer needs to enhance distributor product support and drive growth through efficient service delivery across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer needs and challenges within the designated territory.
  • Establish and achieve performance expectations; deliver results while exploring and recommending alternative strategies, making informed decisions promptly.
  • Provide guidance on enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Implement decisions that support product sales, improve dealer effectiveness, and foster overall segment growth.
  • Manage OEM Product Support accounts effectively.
  • Oversee Distributor Product Support accounts.
  • Lead Dealer Product Support account management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer issue resolution.
  • Handle warranty management and adjudication processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in service account management, preferably in off-highway sectors.
  • Strong ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication.
  • Technical understanding of engine product offerings.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Familiarity with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Participation in project management initiatives.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Commercial experience in customer interactions at a senior level.
  • A commitment to the role with a proactive approach to managing account progress.
