Position Overview
IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience for a contract role with potential for long-term engagement.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence for at least three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home on other days.

Compensation details include:

  • £35.50 per hour through FCSA Umbrella (role classified as inside IR35)
  • £25.50 per hour via PAYE

This role is expected to extend beyond the initial contract period, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
