About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialist Cleaning Operative. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-level window cleaning, cladding cleaning, petrol forecourt cleaning, and jet washing services to our clients.
- Follow a scheduled programme of work, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent customer service.
- Interact with building managers and onsite staff to ensure smooth delivery of works and maintain excellent relationships.
- Operate MEWPs and other access platforms, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Work predominantly out of hours to avoid disrupting trade and ensure minimal impact on clients' operations.
- Collaborate with a team of two or more to deliver cleaning services and achieve team goals.
- Adhere to NSS Risk Assessments and Method Statements, prioritizing safety and quality.
- Fully equipped vehicle with fuel card for convenient travel.
- Full training provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for the role.
