Specialist Cleaning Operative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering specialist cleaning services to our clients. This includes the operation of MEWPs, cradle works, and high-level window cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist cleaning services, including high-level window cleaning and façade deep cleans.
- Work with our clients to ensure smooth delivery of works and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate MEWPs and cradle equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to NSS Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain IPAF, PASMA, IRATA, UKPIA qualifications.
Requirements:
- Hold a full driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Pass a chat-based interview with our virtual recruitment assistant, Hubert.
