Customer Support Specialist

Our client, a leading player in the global manufacturing sector, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the identification, analysis, and resolution of customer needs and challenges. Your role will encompass:

  • Engagement in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to overall sector advancements.
  • Overseeing distributor product support accounts to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Managing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product support accounts effectively.
  • Utilizing commercial acumen to drive customer satisfaction.
Project Involvement:
Participate in various projects aimed at improving customer experience and product support.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate.

Job Type:
Contractual position.
