Job Overview

Recruit Central Limited is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join our Product Support team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer needs and challenges within the designated territory.

  • Manage OEM Product Support accounts effectively.
  • Oversee Distributor Product Support accounts.

  • Handle warranty management and adjudication processes.
  • Be prepared for travel commitments of up to 25%.

Required Skills and Experience:

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in service account management, preferably in off-highway sectors.
  • Proven ability to work independently while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of engine product offerings.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
