Role Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a skilled Property Services Customer Support Specialist to become part of the Savills team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage incoming calls from residential tenants regarding maintenance issues and property-related inquiries. This position involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing property compliance services, certifications, and necessary repairs for various property types, including residential, commercial, and agricultural.

Key Responsibilities


• Responding to and managing incoming calls related to maintenance and property inquiries.

• Coordinating and administering maintenance requests.

• Evaluating property compliance needs.

• Collaborating with contractors to ensure timely completion of compliance services and certifications.

• Fostering strong relationships with property managers and contractors to enhance communication and teamwork.

• Reviewing and documenting compliance certifications and surveys (training will be provided).

• Digitally organizing and uploading documents into property management systems.

• Maintaining accurate records within the property database.

• Processing electronic invoices.

• Assisting tenants and contractors in scheduling property access efficiently.

• Managing databases and spreadsheets effectively.

• Ensuring proactive management of files.

• Performing general administrative tasks and organizing documentation.

• Conducting quality assurance checks and data audits as necessary.

• Keeping the team informed of deadlines and assisting in report preparation.

• Quick to assimilate information and identify discrepancies in submissions.

• Proficient in interacting with clients, contractors, tenants, and property occupants.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent data management skills, particularly with the MS Office suite.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Competent in entering data into property management systems.

• Experience with property compliance certifications (desirable).

• Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations (desirable).

• Numerate and literate.

• Relevant qualifications in Property or Facilities Management (desirable).

• Background in property management (desirable).

Team Overview

The team consists of 21 members, including a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, two Service Delivery Managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a Data Analyst, and 15 Customer Support Specialists, all collaborating to deliver exceptional service.
