Senior Vice President and Vice President Job Description

WNS Global Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President and Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the UK/Europe region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering recognized annual revenues by generating leads, assessing opportunities, and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of sales success and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing and offshoring industries, with a network of contacts and relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with executive-level audiences.
  • Superior time management skills, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
