About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to join our sales leadership team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Client Segmentation and Refining: Refine client segments across various sectors of the industry, identifying new opportunities and developing targeted sales approaches.
  • Sales Process and Methodology: Develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Sales Quotas and Targets: Agree on sales quotas and targets with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • New Business Development: Develop and execute plans to develop new accounts and open new opportunities, leveraging personal networks and company resources.
  • Market Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and insights, identifying opportunities to develop new businesses, products, or service lines.
  • RFP and Proposal Management: Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for UK clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships through regular steering committee reviews, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Handover: Hand over sold accounts to program management, ensuring seamless transition and continued customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's Degree in Business or Statistics: A master's degree in business or statistics is preferred.
  • Industry Experience and Sales Background: 10-15 years of industry experience and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior capacity as a salesperson.
  • Market Knowledge and Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the market and a thorough understanding of opportunities in offshoring processes.
  • Networking and Rolodex: A good rolodex of contacts in various sectors due to past work experience in the outsourcing or offshoring industry.
  • Leadership and Entrepreneurial Skills: A track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments.
  • Time Management and Attention to Detail: Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Business Acumen: Solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
