Role Overview

As we expand our sales team within the EMEA region, we are in search of a driven Sales Vice President to spearhead the acquisition of new business within the middle market sector. This position does not involve managing an existing client portfolio; instead, you will focus on establishing new partnerships with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), agencies, and brand clients by promoting our managed services, programmatic solutions, creative offerings, and programmatic curation.

Your contribution will be crucial as we continue to grow in our second year of operations in the EMEA market. You will assist in refining our messaging, marketing materials, and service offerings to align with client expectations in the Connected TV (CTV) landscape. Your efforts will maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring that our partners receive valuable services from our team.

This role will evolve continuously, mirroring the dynamic nature of programmatic advertising. You will have the opportunity to attend local and national events and conferences to stay abreast of the latest industry trends. Your innovative approach will help us serve our brand and agency partners effectively, while your personal touch will enhance these vital relationships.

What You'll Do

Build a robust and targeted pipeline of DSPs, agency, and brand accounts. Demonstrate consistent and precise forecasting abilities when presenting new business opportunities to executive leadership.

  • Conduct impactful meetings with prospects and clients, developing a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records, documenting all interactions, and arrive prepared for meetings with sales updates.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, fostering relationships across their organizations.
  • Craft winning strategies and proposals, collaborating closely with internal teams, and adapting sales tactics to meet changing market demands.
  • As a startup, you will be expected to ideate, create, and deliver your proposals, with account management support being critical in the initial year.
  • Work collaboratively with analysis and operations teams to enhance support for prospective clients.

What You'll Bring

  • Over 10 years of experience in Ad Tech/Programmatic sales, with a strong focus on CTV sales.
  • A well-established network of contacts within Hold Co and Independent agencies, along with actionable ideas for immediate revenue impact.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (Masters or MBA) is preferred.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business and revenue targets.
  • Experience achieving yearly revenue targets exceeding $5 million.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic technology, and a comprehensive understanding of the components related to Connected TV.
