Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing our partner, Nestlé, and driving brand sales to enhance turnover and market share across UK retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with key retail decision makers to increase brand visibility and availability
  • Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to drive sales and improve stock levels
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve market share
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment
  • Passion for the amazing brands we market and drive to succeed
  • Full manual driving license and ability to travel within a defined territory
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of circa £25,000 with a bonus scheme
  • A flexible approach to working with a mobile telephone and small van provided for transporting marketing material
