Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Refine client segments and identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies.
  • Agree on sales quotas and targets with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing business.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and develop new business ideas, products, or service lines.
  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessment studies.
  • Manage client visits and accompany clients to WNS operation centers as needed.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales effectiveness, methods, costs, and results.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and steering committee meetings.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business or statistics preferred.
  • 10-15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior sales capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market in the UK and a thorough understanding of offshoring processes.
  • Strong rolodex of contacts in various sectors, with a track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to lead sales in the healthcare business or financial services space in a high-growth company with operations in India.
  • Ability to manage sales processes and forecast with precision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience.
  • Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
