Job Title: Senior Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the UK/Europe region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering recognized annual revenues by generating leads, assessing opportunities, and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Refine client segments across various sectors, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate sales methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and manage sales quotas, targets, and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales proposals.
  • Conduct diagnostics and opportunity assessments, working closely with experts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage client visits and accompany clients to WNS operation centers as required.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving sales process optimization.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business or statistics, preferably.
  • 10-15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior sales capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Vertical market in the UK, with a thorough understanding of opportunities in offshoring processes.
  • Strong rolodex of contacts in various sectors, with a proven track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to lead sales in the Vertical business or financial services space in a high-growth company with operations in India.
  • Ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience.
  • Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail, with a solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
