Senior Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional results in the UK/Europe region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK/Europe region, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
- Client Segmentation and Refining: Refine client segments across various sectors of the industry, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Sales Process and Methodology: Develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Sales Quotas and Targets: Agree on sales quotas and targets with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our knowledge services practices.
- New Business Development: Develop and execute plans to develop new accounts and open new opportunities, leveraging personal networks, lead generation engines, and other resources.
- Market Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the Healthcare segment, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- RFPs and RFIs: Lead responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for UK clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Client Visits and Relationship Management: Manage client visits and relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and maximum value delivery.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Sales Budgeting and Planning: Develop, manage, and syndicate sales budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and communication, ensuring strong partnerships and maximum value delivery.
- Education: Master's degree in business or statistics, preferably.
- Experience: 10-15 years of industry knowledge and/or sales experience, with at least a few years in a senior sales capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare market in the UK and a thorough understanding of opportunities in offshoring processes.
- Network and Rolodex: A good rolodex of contacts in various sectors, due to past work experience in the outsourcing or offshoring industry.
- Skills and Qualities: A track record of initiative, creativity, and motivation to surpass challenging performance goals and sales targets; excellent presentation and negotiation skills; entrepreneurial spirit; ability to manage sales process and forecast with precision; strong interpersonal skills; superior time management skills; and solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics.
