Role Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Alliances will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and managing our global partner strategy. This role is essential for driving scalable and sustainable revenue growth across the EcoOnline product range. Key responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with alliance partners, including advisory firms and independent software vendors (ISVs), to establish recurring revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive global alliances strategy to enhance customer acquisition and drive profitable revenue growth for EcoOnline's offerings.
  • Analyze the partnership landscape to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Develop engagement strategies for alliance partners and collaborate with marketing to create co-selling initiatives.
  • Gain insights into key business drivers to identify organizations that fit the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded partners, coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize lead generation.
  • Own the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for alliance partnerships, ensuring partners are effectively supported through structured onboarding processes.
  • Continuously assess partnerships to maximize revenue potential and enhance customer experiences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to align on market needs and product development.
  • Implement metrics to monitor and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Work with regional teams to identify and onboard suitable partners.
  • Support partner activities in collaboration with operations and implementation teams.
  • Maintain effective reporting against established objectives and key results (OKRs) using tools like Salesforce CRM and Hubspot.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of management experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships with global advisory firms and systems integrators.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and supporting KPIs.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and capable of taking initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and strategic awareness.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience working in diverse, global teams.
  • Familiarity with sales best practices, including pipeline and performance management.
