Role Overview
The VP of Strategic Alliances will be pivotal in crafting, developing, and executing a comprehensive global strategy for strategic alliances and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships. This role aims to generate scalable and sustainable revenue growth across the EcoOnline product suite. Key responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with alliance partners, including strategic advisory firms and ISVs, to create consistent revenue streams through various sales models.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a global strategic alliances strategy to enhance customer acquisition and drive profitable revenue growth for EcoOnline products.
- Analyze the partnership landscape to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
- Develop engagement strategies for alliance partners and collaborate with Marketing to design co-selling initiatives.
- Gain a thorough understanding of business drivers to identify organizations that align with the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) for sustainable revenue growth.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for established alliance partners, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to create a robust lead generation engine.
- Own the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for alliances, ensuring partners are effectively onboarded and supported.
- Continuously assess partnerships to maximize revenue potential and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform partnership strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to align on market needs and product development.
- Implement metrics to monitor and improve partner satisfaction.
- Work with regional teams to identify and onboard suitable partners.
- Support partner activities in collaboration with Operations & Implementation teams.
- Maintain effective reporting against established objectives and key results (OKRs) using tools like Salesforce CRM and Hubspot.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development leadership roles.
- 3+ years of management experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships with global advisory firms and systems integrators.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Self-driven, resilient, and capable of taking initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and strategic awareness.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working in diverse, global teams.
- Familiarity with sales best practices, including Pipeline Management and Performance Management.
