About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will lead the design, development, and execution of our global strategic alliances and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner strategy. Your focus will be on driving scalable and sustainable channel sales revenue growth across the EcoOnline product portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive global strategic alliances plan aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and driving profitable revenue growth for EcoOnline's product lines.
- Analyze the partnership landscape to ensure alignment with business strategies, objectives, and financial targets.
- Create engagement strategies for alliance partners and collaborate with Marketing to design co-selling campaigns for existing and prospective partners.
- Develop a thorough understanding of essential business drivers to identify organizations that align with our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) for sustainable revenue and customer growth.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded alliance partners, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to establish a robust lead generation engine.
- Own the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for Alliance Partnerships, ensuring partners are effectively set up for success through structured onboarding and enablement processes.
- Continuously evaluate partnerships to maximize revenue and customer acquisition potential, ensuring each partnership delivers a valuable customer experience.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis with a focus on comparable initiatives.
- Maintain close collaboration with Product teams regarding market needs, product lifecycle, and development strategies.
- Implement methods to measure, monitor, and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Work closely with regional teams to identify new and suitable partners in specific markets.
- Collaborate with Operations & Implementation teams to support partner activities as needed.
- Provide effective reporting against established Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and targets, utilizing tools such as Salesforce CRM and Hubspot.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development leadership roles.
- 3+ years of management experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic alliances with global advisory firms and systems integrators.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and supporting KPIs.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strategic awareness.
- Strong, clear, and customer-focused communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in diverse, multinational teams.
- Familiarity with sales excellence best practices, including Pipeline Management and Performance Management.
