Associate Dean Opportunities

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our University Academic Management team as Associate Deans. These roles will play a critical part in supporting the faculty targets and ambitions in three key areas: Student Experience, External Engagement, and Research, Scholarship and Knowledge Exchange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with colleagues, students, and external organisations to support faculty targets and ambitions.
  • Report to the Executive Dean and have a dotted line responsibility to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost, Pro Vice Chancellor (Research).
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements

Applicants should have a strong track record of academic leadership and a deep understanding of the higher education sector. They should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Applicants should also have a strong understanding of the faculty's strategic priorities and be able to contribute to the development of innovative solutions to support these goals.

The successful candidates will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues across the university to achieve shared objectives.
