Associate Dean Opportunities

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Associate Deans in three key areas: Student Experience, External Engagement, and Research, Scholarship and Knowledge Exchange.

About the Roles

The Associate Deans will work closely with the Executive Dean, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost, and Pro Vice Chancellor (Research) to support the faculty targets and ambitions. The successful candidates will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve faculty targets and ambitions
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student experience and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of research and scholarship initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a strong academic background, excellent leadership and management skills, and a proven track record of success in their field. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the university's strategic priorities and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
