About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a new colleague to join the University of Liverpool - The Academy's triple-accredited University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS). ULMS is one of the largest Schools in the University, with the Professional Services team supporting over 5000 undergraduate and postgraduate students and over 200 academic staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support relating to various aspects of the student journey, including timetabling, approvals processes, allocation of Academic Advisors and Dissertation Supervisors, committee servicing, module registration guidance, student enhancement events, and quality and evaluation processes.
  • Work closely with other members of the Schools student experience teams, together with colleagues in central teams, such as timetabling and Student Life.
  • Report to a Student Experience Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
  • Commitment to Diversity.
