Role Overview
In this position, you will be accountable for the formulation, development, and implementation of the global strategic alliances and ISV partner strategy. Your goal will be to generate scalable and sustainable channel sales revenue growth across the EcoOnline product range. Key responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing relationships with alliance partners, including strategic advisory firms and independent software vendors (ISVs), to establish recurring revenue streams through various sales models.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive global strategic alliances plan aimed at driving customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth for EcoOnline's product offerings.
- Analyze the partnership landscape to ensure alignment with business strategies, objectives, and financial targets.
- Develop engagement strategies for alliance partners and collaborate with Marketing to create co-selling initiatives for existing and prospective partners.
- Gain a thorough understanding of key business drivers to identify organizations that align with the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) to foster sustainable revenue and customer growth.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded alliance partners, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to establish a coordinated lead generation engine to enhance revenue growth.
- Own the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for alliances, ensuring partners are effectively set up for success through structured onboarding and enablement processes.
- Continuously evaluate partnerships to maximize revenue and customer acquisition potential while ensuring a value-added customer experience.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis with a focus on comparable initiatives.
- Establish strong working relationships with Product teams regarding market needs, product lifecycle, and development strategies.
- Implement methods to measure, monitor, and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with regional EcoOnline teams to identify and engage new partners in specific markets.
- Work alongside Operations & Implementation teams to support partner activities as necessary.
- Maintain effective reporting against established objectives and key results (OKRs), including Opportunity Management and Pipeline Management using tools like Salesforce CRM and Hubspot.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development leadership roles.
- 3+ years of management experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic alliances with global advisory and systems integration firms.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and supporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Self-driven, resilient, and capable of taking initiative and ownership.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of strategic considerations.
- Exceptional customer-focused communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in diverse, multinational teams.
- Familiarity with sales excellence best practices, including Pipeline Management, Opportunity Management, Forecast Management, and Performance Management.
